Do I need to have a complete spec before reaching out?

No. Many of our best projects start as a rough idea or an existing app that needs to be rebuilt. Bring whatever you have — a wireframe, a competitor link, a Notion doc, or just a problem you're trying to solve. We'll help you turn it into scope.
