## FAQ

**Do you do hourly billing?**
Rarely. We prefer fixed-price or monthly retainer because it aligns incentives around delivered outcomes. Hourly is available for short, well-scoped tasks.

**What if scope changes mid-project?**
Change requests are quoted as add-ons. We never silently expand scope or charge over the fixed price.

**How do payments work?**
Typically 50% at kickoff, 50% at launch for MVPs. Larger projects are milestoned (25% / 25% / 25% / 25%).

**Do you sign NDAs?**
Yes.
